Shipping Policies

We ship all orders the next working day using EVRI or Royal Mail with a tracked service, except for orders with a value less than 12 pounds; we don´t use a tracked service.

Shipping Prices:

UK Orders: All products are Free Shipping in the UK. We use a tracked service.

Worldwide Orders: We offer free shipping on orders over 50 pounds worldwide. Please enter the Code: WORLDWIDE at checkout. 

Delivery Time:

We ship all orders the next working day. Delivery normally takes:

UK Orders: 2-3 working days

European Union: 10-15 working days

International Orders: 10-25 working days. Some destinations can take longer.

For orders less than 12 pounds or International orders, we don´t use a Tracked Service. You can add a faster and tracked service to your order here

Customs: 

Some countries charge customs taxes even for small parcels. UK VAT is not charged on qualifying international orders. Local taxes, import VAT, or duties may apply. The Customer is responsible for paying those taxes. If we receive a parcel back because the customer refused to pay their import taxes, we will deduct any shipping costs or damaged product.
