As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order hasn´t been dispatched, we can cancel it and make the refund. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Refunds & Returns.
If we already dispatched your order, you can cancel your order, return the parcel to us. Please note that because we sell male grooming products, for health and safety we don´t accept any return if the products has been opened or used.
When we receive the parcel back to us, then we will make a refund and deduct the shipping cost that we paid. The refund will be done in 24 hours to the same payment used when you paid the order.
If you want to cancel your order partially, as soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. This only applies if the order is cancelled prior to despatch.
